Yes, here at Aero Matrix Engineering we offer Same Day or Next Day Pick Up. Please read our T&C for further guidelines.

If Item Is Not On the Shelf? Ask Away!

Please contact info@aeromatrixengineering.com for further information about a specific made to order product that is not on the shelf. We may have miss some of the favourite parts, however please speak our friendly staff, we can cater to your suitable needs.

How do I install this part?

Aero Matrix Engineering strongly recommends professional installation for all products to ensure the best possible fitment and finish.
Customers acknowledge that some products may require adjustments or modifications during installation to achieve optimal alignment. This may include prepping, trimming, sanding, cutting, additions, or minor fibreglass/carbon work as part of the fitting process.
Aero Matrix Engineering does not guarantee OEM fitment unless specifically stated otherwise. All fibreglass, carbon fibre, or partial-carbon products may require additional preparation and painting before installation to achieve the desired appearance and finish.
Please note: every vehicle and product is unique, with factors such as age, condition, previous repairs, structural variations, or environmental exposure potentially affecting fitment. Adjustments to both the product and vehicle may be necessary. Certain items may also require painting or finishing to match your vehicle’s aesthetics.

You can use our vehicle filters or the search bar to find parts specifically designed for your car. Each product page lists compatible models and years. If you’re unsure, contact us with your vehicle details and we’ll help confirm fitment before you order.

Custom Items?

Some items can be customised on request, such as material finish or specific design features. Please contact our team with your requirements, and we’ll confirm availability, pricing, and lead times.

Gloss Black | Carbon Fibre Gloss | Carbon Fibre | Etc What materials?

Our products are available in a range of finishes including Gloss Black (ABS), Carbon Fibre Gloss (ABS/C), and Full Carbon Fibre (WC). Some parts may also be available in Fibre Glass (FG) or Unpainted options. Each material type is chosen for its strength, weight, and aesthetic characteristics.

Products for Racing or Track Days

Yes we provide products for Racing and Track Days. Many of our aero parts are designed for performance enhancement and visual appeal.

Pre-Order Items?

Pre-order products are available for purchase before they arrive in stock. Estimated delivery times are provided on each product page and may vary depending on production and shipment schedules. Once your pre-order is placed, we’ll keep you updated as your item progresses through manufacturing and logistics until it’s ready to ship.

Restocking Items?

Restock items are temporarily unavailable but are currently being replenished. You can place your order in advance to secure stock from the next incoming shipment. Dispatch times may vary depending on supplier and shipping timelines. Our team will notify you once your item is ready to ship.

Special Orders?

Special order products are made-to-order or imported specifically upon request. These items are non-refundable once production or shipment has begun. Lead times may range from 4–6 weeks, depending on manufacturer and transport conditions. Our team will provide regular updates throughout the process to keep you informed.

What if an issue arise?

If an issue arises with your order that is determined to be an error on our part, we’re happy to offer a 5% discount on the affected item as a gesture of apology and appreciation for your understanding.

In the current logistics and courier environment, various external factors can impact delivery times. Delays and network congestion have become common across courier services in Australia. At Aero Matrix Engineering, we always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, please note that we have limited control over the delivery process. We recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking number for the most accurate updates.
Alternatively, you are welcome to contact Aero Matrix Engineering, and our team will gladly assist by following up with the courier on your behalf
