Aero Matrix Engineering – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Aero Matrix Engineering (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
At Aero Matrix Engineering, every product is built for purpose — engineered to deliver superior fitment, appearance, and durability. Each item is carefully selected, quality-checked, and packaged for secure transport. For enquiries or pre-purchase fitment confirmation, please contact us at info@aeromatrixengineering.com.au prior to ordering.
2. ORDERS & PAYMENT
- All products require full payment at checkout.
- We do not accept deposits or partial payments.
- Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice untilcheckout is completed.
- Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed in our system to secure the item and prepare it for dispatch.
Please ensure your vehicle details and order information are correct before finalising your purchase.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Dispatch Time (In-Stock): Orders for in-stock items are typically shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Estimated Delivery: 2–8 business days depending on location and state.
- Australia-wide shipping is available. International shipping can be arranged by contacting info@aeromatrixengineering.com.au.
- Shipping insurance is optional but strongly recommended.
- Once an order has been dispatched, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
4. FITMENT & PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION
All products are designed for specific vehicle models as listed in each product description. We strongly recommend professional installation to achieve the best fit and finish. If you are unsure
about compatibility, please contact us before purchasing. Orders placed without prior fitment confirmation are at the buyer’s responsibility.
5. PRE-ORDER, SPECIAL ORDER & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Some products are classified as Pre-Order, Special Order, or Made-to-Order and are not held in local stock. These items are processed directly with our supplier upon payment.
- Standard lead time is approximately 4–8 weeks, subject to supplier schedules, shipping conditions, and customs clearance.
- These items are individually allocated and cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
- Estimated timeframes are provided as a guide only.
In rare cases where supply delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified with an updated timeframe. Any complimentary items offered in such cases are provided at our discretion and have no cash value.
6. CHANGE
OF MIND, CANCELLATIONS & ORDER FINALITY
To maintain consistency and quality control across our operations:
- All sales are final once payment is made.
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully prior to checkout.
- Any product that has been painted, coated, wrapped, installed, test-fitted, or otherwise modified by the customer is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, even if the item was supplied incorrectly.
7. INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact support@aeromatrixengineering.com within 48 hours of delivery. Claims must include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and original packaging
Items must remain unused, uninstalled, and unmodified for any return, replacement, or remedy to be considered. Any alteration, including painting or refinishing, voids eligibility for return, replacement, or refund.
8.INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers may contact info@aeromatrixengineering.com.au
for tailored shipping quotes. All international buyers are responsible for import duties, customs charges, and taxes imposed by their country of residence.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Aero Matrix Engineering’s liability is limited strictly to the original purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for installation or labour costs, paint or refinishing work, loss of use, or vehicle damage resulting from improper installation or customer modification.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, images, branding, and product descriptions are the exclusive property of Aero Matrix Engineering. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
